Refund policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Daily Treasure Co. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at dailytreasureco101@gmail.com before sending any items back. Do not return items without prior authorization, as return addresses vary by product and unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal care products). These will be noted on the individual product pages.
